Pennwynne Plumbing and Heating provides professional leak detection throughout North Codorus, PA and the western Pennsylvania area. Our local plumbers arrive with fully stocked trucks, quote a flat price before starting, and stand behind every job.
Water dripping from a ceiling, a warm spot on the floor, a water meter that spins with everything off, or mold in a closet all point to a hidden leak. We use acoustic listening equipment, thermal imaging and pressure testing to pinpoint it without random demolition.
Once found, we repair the leak with the least invasive access possible - a small drywall cut, a targeted slab opening, or a reroute above the slab.
We also locate and repair underground water line leaks between the meter and the house and shut-off valve failures.
We also provide leak detection in Newberry, North Hopewell, New Salem, North York, New Freedom, Peach Bottom.
"Manage twelve rental units and these are the only plumbers I call now. One number, quick response, tenants are happy."
"Sump pump failed during a storm and they had a new one with battery backup installed the same day. Basement stayed dry."
We quote a flat price before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Emergency calls in North Codorus carry no overtime or holiday surcharge.
Besides North Codorus, we serve Newberry, North Hopewell, New Salem and every community in western Pennsylvania. If you are anywhere in Pennsylvania, call (888) 480-9811 and we will get a plumber to you.
Yes. Our North Codorus drain cleaning uses cable machines and hydro jetting, which clear the pipe fully and do not damage it the way store chemicals can.
